re: Buffalo Stairlift. I had one of these put on my basement stairs. It is about 8 or 9 stairs. It has never operated satisfactorily. It is painfully slow and weak. Now, it barely runs at all making all kinds of grinding noises. It can only do a single run before the battery is so dead that it cannot even make it up the stairs. This model was forced upon me by the March of Dimes HVMP, I had no say in which model I could have. It was either this or NOTHING. So OMOD and Lewis and Krall basically worked something out and L and K installed it too. I am very disappointed in the performance of this stair lift and if anybody can help me to get it running right I'd appreciate your help in this matter. Thank You.
