“I want to send you a note to thank Mr. Jason Baldwin of Silver Cross – Victoria for his wonderful service for obtaining an tiled HTR wheel chair for my mom, Shirley Ollech. My mom has complex needs and the HTR-5500 Tilted wheel chair was exactly what she needed. Jason searched for this chair and found a deluxe model that included all the padding, cushions, seat belt, and especially the one-piece elevating foot rest she desperately needed. Jason also knew we were limited as to how much we could pay and he found a deluxe model that was a demo and in great condition (never been used) and we are very thankful for his services.

Jason Baldwin met us at Selkirkplace a couple of times and would accommodate convenient times that worked with my own busy schedule. He was very kind and thorough in his observations, service, and listened to everything that she needed. He took the time with my mom and made the transition much easier for her.

My mom is immobile and unable to walk, her new wheel chair enables her to go to the dining room and out of her room sometimes, for a nice walk within the complex and a little bit outside. This gives her some quality of life and also for my sons and I (and family and friends and staff) to take her in and about of her room.

Jason Baldwin provided excellent service and his kindness and careful listening and meeting those needs…was exceptional and I would recommend him at any time to anyone. His thoughtful caring personality for my mother’s needs for the kind of wheel chair she needed was much appreciated.

16 Year Old Wheelchair User Shows What’s Possible

It is amazing how this young man is able to do wheelchair stunts with his wheelchair. Aaron is truly an inspiration for all young people who are living their lives in a wheelchair. He shows us all how to push the limits on what is possible and to not be limited by one’s physical challenges. In this crazy video Aaron makes numerous crash landing attempts and finally lands an amazing stunt with a wheelchair.
