We have a step-by-step process which we go through before we award a franchise to the right candidate. In order to start the process, we require some information about you.

1. The first step is to call Deborah Baker at 1-800-572-9310.

2. After you have talked to Deborah Baker, then please complete the SILVER CROSS APPLICATION FORM as the next step in our process.

3. Your application will then be reviewed along with the results of your initial call to Deborah Baker. If we decide to proceed to the next step, you will be contacted for an indepth interview to get to know you better and to answer any questions that you may have.

4. An on line assessment is then required to be completed. The results of this assessment are compared to the profile of our most successful locations. Assuming the results meet with our approval, we would move to the next step.

5. We would then send you the UFOC (USA) / Disclosure Document (Canada) for your review. Once this document has been examined, and assuming both parties want to continue the process, we would then email our existing franchisees to inform them that you may be contacting them. We must respect their time. Only serious candidates are permitted to contact them.

6. Another in depth phone conversation takes place.

7. You meet numerous location owners by visiting their locations.

8. At this point, we may award a franchise.

We are not trying to sell franchises but rather we are trying to find the right individual that meets our profile. This is a step by step process to assure that the correct decision is made by both the prospective franchisee and SILVER CROSS.
