"Hi Chris,
I gave my friend your information. So far you're the only company I've dealt with who seems to realize that there is a relationship between having the right equipment and productivity safety and quality of life. Nobody asks for specialized equipment because it's the in thing to possess. It's the difference between being an invalid or a functioning member of society in some cases. We can't afford to be playing games; especially if we live alone.
I'm waiting for the day when somebody who sells specialized equipment spends a few weeks in a manual or electric chair and actually experiences the public reaction to someone in a wheelchair and the obstacles we face. The only difference would be the sales people can get up when they're finished and continue life non disabled. You'd have one heck of an advertisement for your company, if that was your practice.
